A. Getting Listed in the LUXE COAST – Beauty & Lifestyle Directory | Australia is simple! Please head on over to our website and fill out our enquiry form for a full Pricelist and Press/Media Kit to be emailed to you along with a link to our online Submission Form. Once you have selected a package that is most suited to your business you will then be required to fill out the online Submission Form. In the form, you will be asked to choose a category that best describes your business or service along with a location category. Please provide us with as much information as you can, including a short detailed bio/introduction. Images or a logo can be added to your listing (The number of images you can display depends on the package that you have selected). Please see Premium Package for additional benefits. Full payment will be required before proceeding with your listing once approved. Q. Can I include images or my logo with my listing?
A. Yes, of course! Please ensure that you send in images that are of High Resolution. The number of images you can include, depends on the package that you have selected.
Q. How long does it take for my listing to appear ‘live’ in the directory after submission?
A. All directory listings and payments are verified manually by the website administrator. We require full payment for your listing prior to setting up your tailored profile/listing on our website. Payments are only to be made via Bank Transfer (Account details will be provided to you via email). It usually takes 1-2 business days for your payment to be processed. The overall time frame, from Payment to ‘Live Listing’ is a 2-3 week turnaround. Please Note: Payments are NON REFUNDABLE.

A. The LUXE COAST – Beauty & Lifestyle Directory | Australia is submitted to all major search engines. It is also promoted across our social media. Therefore, social media platforms such as, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. If your listing does not appear straight away in online searches, it may take some time. They will appear as soon as Google Crawlers take effect in processing and indexing your page.
Q. How do I cancel my listing subscription?
A. Listings can be cancelled at any time by contacting the website administrator via email and requesting that your listing be removed. Please Note: Payments are NON REFUNDABLE. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you specified in your listing submission. Therefore, please ensure that your email address is up to date when requesting cancellation.
