DIRECTORY LISTINGS

To qualify for a listing in our Directory Listings your business must be:

  • Located within Australia;
  • Suited to one or more of the website’s categories;
  • Submitted wholly by the business owner or company representative;

We reserve the right to decline businesses that don’t meet the above criteria.

PAYMENT, LISTINGS & BANNER ADS

  • Full payment must be made via direct deposit/bank transfer to 2SXE4U prior to listing being published or going live. Bank details will be provided to you when processing your order, once we have received your online web form submission.
  • Listings cover a “one full year period”, from the date your listing is published or has gone live until it’s expiry; exactly “one full year from that specified date”. Payment for listings are “one off”. Paid “annually”. Clients will receive an email prior to listing nearing it’s expiry date. You as the business owner or company representative will be asked if you wish to continue for another full year period. If so, you will make full payment for your choice of listing including any upgrades. If you do not wish to continue, your listing will be removed from our website upon it’s expiry date.
  • If you are a business that has been randomly selected and offered a “complimentary”, “free”, “one full year period” listing, you are under no obligation to continue the following year once your listing has reached it’s expiry date. Clients will receive an email prior to listing nearing it’s expiry date. You as the business owner or company representative will be asked if you wish to continue for another full year period. If so, it is only then that you will be requested to make full payment for your choice of listing including any upgrades. If you do not wish to continue, your listing will be removed from our website upon it’s expiry date.
  • Banner Ads cover a “one full year period”, from the date your banner ad is published or has gone live until it’s expiry; exactly “one full year from that specified date”. Payment for banner ads are “one off”. Paid “annually”. Clients will receive an email prior to banner ad nearing it’s expiry date. You as the business owner or company representative will be asked if you wish to continue for another full year period. If so, you will make full payment for your choice of banner ad including any upgrades. If you do not wish to continue, your banner ad will be removed from our website upon it’s expiry date.

All directory listings and payments are verified manually by the website administrator. We require full payment for your listing prior to setting up your tailored profile/listing on our website. Payments are only to be made via Bank Transfer (Account details will be provided to you via email). It usually takes 1-2 business days for your payment to be processed. The overall time frame, Payment + ‘Live Listing’ is a 2-3 week turnaround time. Please Note: Payments are NON REFUNDABLE.

  • All businesses frequented and certified by LUXE COAST By Inked Glam – Beauty & Lifestyle Directory | Australia or where LUXE COAST By Inked Glam – Beauty & Lifestyle Directory | Australia obtains services on a regular basis will automatically receive a “INKED GLAM APPROVED” badge on their listing.

IMAGES AND INFORMATION PRIVACY

Images make your listing ‘stand out’ and enable your business, course or event to be featured in our other marketing channels. When adding images, please ensure:

  • They accurately represent your business, course or event;
  • You own the copyright or have permission from the copyright owner;
  • You have full permission from all individuals that are included in the image;
  • If minors are included, you have written consent from their parent/guardian and they are taken in a lawful, fair and direct manner;
  • You give full permission to LUXE COAST By Inked Glam – Beauty & Lifestyle Directory | Australia to use and edit any images that you as the business owner or company representative have submitted via our online web form or email, in order to market your business accordingly within it’s specified business listing category on our website and via our social media channels.
